Welcome to Rivelin

We are a large school in the North- West of Sheffield catering for children from the ages of 3 – 11. Our children are determined, hard working and always try their best – they are a pleasure to work with and staff and children alike enjoy coming to school each day.

Rivelin has a very creative curriculum and committed, inspiring staff. We pride ourselves on being welcoming and friendly and we are committed to supporting every child achieve their very best.

As we say in our vision statement the pastoral and academic achievements of children are our highest priorities and we pride ourselves on making every minute count.

Rivelin provides a wide range of extra-curricular activities throughout the year and before and after school care can be accessed on site.

If you would like to look around our school you would be very welcome, please contact the school office for an appointment and I look forward to meeting you.

Y6 SAM Learning Breakfast Club25Feb2019

8:00 am - 8:50 am @ Dining Hall

We are now offering Y6 children the opportunity to use the school’s ICT suite before school from 8:00 am for accessing the SAM learning activities. We know that some children may not have access to the internet all the time at home and many of the children do arrive early at school so this could be an excellent time for refining those skills. A member of staff will be supervising the ICT suite and this will start from Monday 25th February 2019 (first week back after half term). Due to the main school gates being locked until 8.35am, we are asking children to use the far door in the bottom car park. A member of staff will be there to let the children in. We hope that many of the children will use this opportunity to help them prepare for the SATs tests.
