Y1 Autumn 1

In Science this half term we are investigating materials.                           

We have looked at what materials different objects in our classroom are made out of and we have described these materials using words like hard, soft, smooth etc...

We investigated which materials would make the best tea bag. We predicted which material we thought would be the best and then drew conclusions from our investigation. We decided that paper towels, socks and tights were the best as the tea was the correct colour and there were no tea leaves in the cup.
